Apothic Rosé Grapefruit Spritzer

Happy Saturday!

I posted this drink a couple of weeks ago and received so many questions about it (which I loved), so I thought I would share the recipe with all of you today! This is the perfect summer drink since it’s so refreshing. This drink is a low calorie drink option, which is another plus. I love light/fruity drinks for summer, especially while laying by the pool or hanging out at a BBQ. This one is so easy to make and only requires a few ingredients! You may purchase everything I used to make this drink (minus the fruit) at the end of this post. What you’ll need to make an Apothic Rosé Grapefruit Spritzer

  1. One chilled bottle of Apothic Rosé (I purchased this one at Costco for under $15)
  2. Gin or vodka if you want to add more alcohol
  3. 1 grapefruit cut into sections
  4. 2 cans of grapefruit La Croix sparkling water
  5. Raspberries, rosemary, or cherries for garnish (I used raspberries and leftover grapefruit for mine)

If you want to get real fancy, you may prep your glass by running grapefruit around the rim and put the rim in sugar.  You then add ice (I used anchor ice molds from Williams Sonoma to add detail to my drink) and add the Apothic rosé. I used about five ounces of rosé, but it’s all up to how much you want. I then added about 3 ounces of grapefruit La Croix. As the final step, I squeezed a section of grapefruit into the spritzer and garnished the glass by putting raspberries into the drink and put a section of grapefruit on the rim.

I hope you all have a great weekend and enjoy making this spritzer, I know it’s definitely one of my favorite drinks now!

Xoxo,

Jonica
